 We have this from before 1990 link but social order needs be returned often and regularly, on what time scale? An architect could ask.  All the worlds and their borders were nevertheless established for a reason - for Justice could not be seen as well by all.  The first societies were built upon astronomy, the beautiful temples ere settlements... see "Gobekli Tepe".  I wonder about today's true monumental works.
