The idea to elevate our most precious in innovative and logical, like collecting the scatterings of startups into a network and constellation - we lift up what has collected into itself some of our most treasured values and thinking.  They are to be in a dimension of their own, not so subjected to disruption, and we may rely on their services and products, on their sights and insights.  We did so before in different places and different ways, allow our best to be elevated, or moved into their own spheres of action, these people fulling understanding the support of the citizenry and so reciprocally considers and provides for the citizenry.  At a higher height is their experience, so too they cast their gaze outwards from their watchtowers, and report back to us what landscapes and vistas and futures have been seen, analyzed, and beheld.  Without the clear understandings coming from multiple sources, which are plateaus we made for those with the disposition and care to hold positions, we would be without the great collective understandings that used to span the continent without these clumsy mass-communication technologies.
