speech 4 and text below:

"To date our confidence has not been shaken. That pandemic was a movement of enormous proportion, which tomorrow we shall be minding, the subsequences and the precursors not previously evident, now becoming more lit.  That which was so foreign, in the motions across the globe, now seems like a new normal, and here it is time again to reconsider who we are as a People, and what we stand for, by the principles we live by.  America is a trailblazer, and has always been by its pace and its openness reveal the world to be more than what was there before.  It is as though America itself is a spaceship, propelled forward by the history of the new world, by the heritage of frontier, we did not stop sailing the day we arrived, but rather continued on as a craft that together by the collective focus of the crew, hands, and at times passengers, swiftly motioning itself onto a track that leaves behind a trail for all those who wish to follow to do so.

This decade was strange, that it was dotted with premonitions and anticipations, frought with something that we had not seen since those decades when we had been involved immediately with perilous conditions.  Yet, we raised not from minor and trivial conflict anything to the stage of war. No, the answer was unanimous, defense is necessary and strength of nation prerequisite, but by no means shall the nation raise itself to fire and ice; and rather, we should maintain course to further the distance into the beyond imagination by those others wondering what tomorrow would bring? Tomorrow will be made, and too, made in peace.

Instead of conflicts through and through, we independently strived for management of the questionable and the inane - to see to it that at least for this year we shall have calm and rationality.  Frought with risks the landscape of politics has been shifting such that even some homesteads were threatened.  Hawaii, what did happen is subject uniquely by our nation to an investigation to prioritize what bases these disasters of the level of catastrophe to the local mean - by what did this disaster arise, by whom, how was it raised?  Could we blame perpetually Mother Nature, who is kind, the disasters of this sort?  Like desertification or floods, like earthquakes and war, this sort of phenomenon is not without bases in human imagination. Such is the historical stories betold to us in these late modern generation today.

The colliding of worlds via migrant travel is almost like the collision of galaxies.  Most are not touched, but then many are affected.  Jobs, homes, health, these are all concerns common to all citizens.  Yet in spite of this, we continue to embrace the planet, this blue green earth, and the stars which we behold with all our might, that the world’s minor troubles still seem trivial or minor, that these troubles could be resolved, for in our hearts is the belief in Nation and God.

There was a proposal, that this last decade of the twenty-tens was a transitionary period; it is at once a decisive decade.  It is unclear what it is that we are expecting, for in this early part of the century, and the very beginning of the new millenium, consensus is yet reached, what is to be done, what is to be achieved.  We cannot succumb to the petty and scattered notions of invasion, of the perilous, of the conflicts, which threaten to overturn our way of life, based in liberty and freedom.  Yet that is there pending, now arriving, then departing.  The notion of enemy is ceding amongst our people, as we come to understand that in a world of uncertainty, it is about reducing and eliminating risks that threaten those particular items which are dear to us.  It is about neutralizing hostility, and it is about explaining to the foreign powers to be what we are about, and what we stand for.  This should remain a priority for all Americans.  We must discover from whence these people have come, what are their dreams, and what are their goals in life.  We must try to harbor the children whose parents might have come from war frought places in the world, amongst cultures which we do not understand, but if they are growing up here, we must give the children a chance to free themselves from their parents’ struggle, and find freedom and liberty.

It was proposed, unsure if all had heard, that migrants find a transitionary platform here, a place to rest and wait, as though a station where news could be heard of their home countries, and here they must abide by our laws that govern the safekeeping and the peace of our societies and communities.  It is unknown today, whether they will find their way home someday, but while they are here, we must entreat them to act as our guests, and behave as though and as per our treatment of them.  If work is not ample enough today for all of us to be working, and there not being enough housing for all, then these are to become goals of our nation.  Our nation is composed of many who did arrive on news that there is a place where there is something called freedom, but many still do not know the meaning of.  As our guests, they are to be entertained with news and information about who and what we are, so that choice, as usual, can be provided when they consider whether to home they go or here they make home.

Events this past decade took some by shock.  And myself also.  There were near verges upon which we were almost falling to succumb to various types of conflicts that we might call battle.  This we never did cross the lines for.  What are we shifting towards as a people in our mutual attitude?  Defensive capacities need to be built, for the exceptional and the unthinkable.  Do we have this attitude enough to raise up together as a people, both old and new, the structures to allow us to stand our grounds should it shift terribly about us?  Do we dare, at the sight of potential enemies, to raise the fence and mend the gates?  Are we able, and with political will to openly talk about and then mind over the various security flaws at our borders and doors.

To reach that moment of enormous strength like that of a giant, we should try to recall at least some of the amazing feats that the country is capable of and has accomplished in recent years.  The world is alarmed that perhaps the credit system is no longer sound.  But what use is alert without information and records and new generation of new banking systems?  We are working hard on this part of the economy.  The new economy is better called the neo-economy, for it is being raised up against the laws of gravity amidst the old.  We calling on the power of our American technologies, especially in computer encryption and digital networks, to raise up the foundations of new banks, which today has been advanced to the point of digital wallets and professional trading systems.  Old conceptions are getting a remake, something unthinkable by the old bankers, nevertheless reaching some already, and making affects around the world.  Of course, there would be problems in this early stage development, however, as we strive on, we will note the strengths and the weaknesses, and patch up and upgrade the system.

Knowing that our economy is strong but with some problems and issues which we must address is the beginning to reaching out to each other and attempting agency for collecting and analyzing as we move forward.  What are the issues at the foundation level of the economy.  Is it not enough jobs, or is it that information is not reaching those parts that would rig up the jobs to spruce up a local economy.  When we are working together, we will then find those particulars that have the potential to be great, to grow, to prosper.  The ideas to put together cross nation teams to address the concerns of the smaller more remote locations are not starting to be applied inside of cities for smaller and leaner organizations requiring support by the larger richer organizations.  One day, the teams will travel around the country, showing the wares and the information, sharing the computers and the softwares that will upgrade all at once everywhere in the country!

Understanding that our democratic inclination for our own land tend ultimately towards peace is to understand that deep down amongst all of us, we have Hope.

We must remember our momentum forward, if strong enough, will carry all of us into the future. The moment now is to dwell on what tomorrow should bring, and what kind of place we all the people want to live in. It is about creating that reality that is so vibrant and full and exciting that once more everybody everywhere will want to hear news, will want to know more, will want to support all our endeavors.  This is the meaning to them who are beyond our borders to hear of the exciting nation building that we are endeavoring to reach.

If we are still concerned about the security of the nation, we are right to think of it.  The paradigm needs to shift towards that of Defense and Friendship, so that in a secured world, we will hold onto to the vision of peace, that which will hold us strong and together.  The effective measures of Defense and Friendship require input, but is already ongoing, with various groups and conventions occurring now on a month to month basis. To draw from the existing structure of the United Nations, and to show them the leadership we shall have again from the great nation of ours means we have reviewed our actions in diplomacy, and executed them at all levels, attempted every avenue to reach that peace we have been hoping for.  To stride forward, we strengthen our nation by populating our minds with talent and knowledge, by extending our hands in friendship.

The continuation of the path of trust was never promised to be very easy, but rather with some risks but wrought with so much meaning, that a clear path will eventually be forged and emerges.  We will not be frail, nor fragile, we will stand strong and do what is necessary, for example, building the emergency supply network and the federal reserve, we will be sure we are stronger and therefore, we will be the ones to decide whether there would be conflict or not.  It is by collective efforts that we begint o find the meaning of peace.  That it was not built in a day has been long true, but now that we know better of what other worlds exist beyond our own America, we know we must stand the ground for the world to see to make the new generations of the safekeepers of peace time.

But to return to the agenda of our own country, how should we consider creating and building on the agenda that will benefit all of us and our children and grandchildren too?  We ought to look into the future with all the hope we can muster, for optimism and laughter and love shall conquer all.  This ‘decisive decade’ is one in which we decide for the next half century if we should be to war or for friendship.  It is the one in which we discover how to hold up our borders and national boundaries, not just by ourselves, but with those other nations whose interests we have discovered are not so unlike our own to be foreign.  But cooperation takes time, and time has allowed us to see what truthful pictures exist to represent that uncertainty we for now label all the events which are difficult to understand.

And yet, knowledge allows our leaders to reach across borders in compassion, in sympathy, in agreement that no evil were to rise amongst our lands, so that no large scale conflicts were to break out, so that our young men and women can dedicate themselves to educating and training themselves, for the new world we are building.

This is an exciting time, because so much novelty is being created in our technologies, and so much possibilities lie ahead. We are a patient nation.  Though we have forged forward much of the possibilities, we have been lying await to see what should we do.  Perhaps there was much to be done which did not get done, and we feel a little behind.  However, realities are oscillatory, they ebb and flow, and if we know now is the time, this here is the moment, to advance together, then what trouble could hold us back from the new space program, from new infrastructural upgrades, from special projects, from advancing all our education?

With a fort building softly around ourselves as our borders become more secure, we resolve the everyday conflicts by remembering the greatness of our society. We maintain a forward looking and positive attitude, and stay from straying too far into the politics of landscapes beyond our own.  We cast our gaze once again on our neighborhoods, on our towns and cities, on the state, and on our own Nation.  It is Defense and Friendship that we shall find new grounds to build this nation into the future, it is one which makes all of us Home.  The present and the future.

With the trail behind us set to a stable perfect trajectory, we find that we are still a trailblazer. Full of hope and optimism, we run forward by rational motion.  We are the masters of our own future.  Remembering what we are made of, we the people ensure that government can do their jobs in returning the services we request, and negotiating at least in large part on our behalf with other nations for border security and lawful movements in travel.  We eliminate risks carefully and deliberately, first by reducing their harm, and their by forging peace with those who live near us, whether as our guests or as our neighbors.  We remember what we are made of, and that makes it possible to make America Great again.

By all that shifts and turns, we hold the course, maintain that the Dream is great, so that in play and in visions, we are not alone but one with one other, and then without a doubt we forge forward together, only to know later that we had gone through something, but that our heading surely into the future shall live all of us: in the future, we shall look back after we had done it all, and realize that minor obstacles were but an ordeal."
